Sarah Navarre is the founder of Wise Mediation Group, bringing years of experience in mediation, program evaluation, and grant writing to help organizations navigate complexity and achieve measurable results. As a court-approved mediator in Utah, she facilitates structured, impartial resolution for disputes, fostering clarity, alignment, and durable agreements.
In addition to mediation, Sarah supports nonprofits and organizations with grant strategy, proposal development, and program evaluation, ensuring initiatives are strategically aligned, data-informed, and compelling to funders. Her experience spans cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and translating complex challenges into actionable solutions.
With an MBA and MPH, Sarah combines a systems-oriented, data-driven perspective with a focus on practical outcomes. Her approach is guided by three principles: strategy, impact, and resolution—ensuring that every engagement delivers meaningful results.
