As a court-approved mediator in Utah, she facilitates structured, impartial resolution for disputes, fostering clarity, alignment, and durable agreements.
In addition to mediation, Sarah supports nonprofits and organizations with grant strategy, proposal development, and program evaluation, ensuring initiatives are strategically aligned, data-informed, and compelling to funders. Her experience spans cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and translating complex challenges into actionable solutions.
